Our Spring Minicamp is back — rebuilt, upgraded, and designed to give quarterbacks the full Undefeated experience. This year, both our Middle School and High School athletes will train during the same event, each following their own development track while still coming together for key moments that build community, confidence, and leadership.

On-Field Quarterback INSTRUCTION
Two on-field training sessions led by the UQBT staff. Sessions focus on sequencing, mechanics, footwork, game-like movements, situational quarterback play and more.
Middle School and High School athletes will be on field at separate times.

Quarterbacks will participate in classroom-based sessions covering football IQ, defensive recognition, coverage identification, offensive concepts, and situational understanding. Content is age-appropriate and tailored to each development track.
Agility/movement + testing
Athletes rotate through agility and movement circuits and also receive performance testing led by Go Hard Performance Systems to establish baselines, evaluate movement efficiency, and identify areas for continued development.
Mental Performance
Mental performance training led by The Peavey Project, designed to help quarterbacks improve focus, composure, confidence, and preparation habits on and off the field.
Leadership, Mentorship & Longevity
A shared mentorship session led by Coach Timone Brown with Won Up Prep focused on leadership, accountability, habits, and personal growth, followed by a recovery segment with Humble Haven Yoga to help athletes understand how to take care of their bodies and train with longevity in mind.
